Troubleshooting common access and session issues

Symptom Likely cause What to do
"Invalid user/password or disabled." Wrong credentials or account deactivated Verify email and password. Contact Admin if account may be disabled.
"Too many attempts. Please wait 2 minutes." 5 or more failed login attempts Wait 2 minutes, then try again.
"Password expired. Please change your password." Password is older than 90 days Use the Forgot/Change Password link on the Login page.
"Account is not active." Account has not been activated Check your email for the activation link sent at registration.
"User already logged in from another browser or device." Active session on another device Sign out from the other device, or wait for the session to expire.
"The account has reached the limit of advanced/basic users." Account seat limit reached Contact your Administrator to resolve concurrency.
A view you previously had access to no longer appears Removed from group Contact your Administrator.
A detail page shows "Record not found" Record no longer exists in the source system The record may have been deleted or modified in the external system.
