Active user monitoring
Platform-level session monitoring is available to instance support administrators. This provides visibility across all accounts into who is currently using the platform.
What is visible
- Which users are currently logged in.
- Which account each active session belongs to.
- The user type (basic or advanced) of each session.
- When the session was last active.
Note
This capability is used for platform operations and support purposes. It is not available to individual organization Admins — only instance support administrators have access.
