Audit, telemetry, and event visibility

The Audit Log captures significant events within the account. It is accessible from Admin Area → Audit.

What is logged

• User login and logout activity.
• Failed login attempts.
• Password change events.
• Account activation.
• User creation, update, and deletion.
• Connector and endpoint creation, modification, and deletion.
• View creation and deletion.
• Concurrent login blocks and account limit events.

Audit log interface

• Records are displayed in descending date order (most recent first).
• The log loads 50 records at a time, with automatic loading of more records as you scroll down.
• Date filter: Use the From and To date pickers to narrow the log to a specific period, then click Apply Filter.
• Export to CSV: Click Export table to CSV to download the currently displayed log entries as a CSV file. The CSV includes Date, Type, Message, and Content columns.
