Text filters and custom filters
Text filters
The search bar allows you to filter results by typing keywords. The specific fields that can be searched depend on how the view was configured by your Designer.
Applying a text filter
- Click inside the filter bar and start typing.
- A dropdown appears showing the available fields you can filter by (for example, "Name", "Account", "Status").
Click one to apply the filter to that specific field, or press Enter to apply it across all
configured fields (shown as
*). - A filter chip appears in the bar. The results update automatically.
- You can apply multiple filters at once.
Removing a text filter
Click the filter chip in the search bar to remove it.
Custom filters
If the page has Custom Filters configured, a collapsible section appears below the search bar. Custom filters are field-specific controls that let you filter by a particular value.
- Toggle a custom filter: Click the filter label or toggle button to activate or deactivate it for a specific field.
- Enter a value: When a custom filter is active, an input field appears. Type the value you want to filter by.
- Range filter: Some fields may support a range — you can specify a start value and an end value to filter within a range.
Filters apply automatically after a short delay once you stop typing.
