Managing watchlist columns

The four Watchlist columns have customizable titles. By default they are labeled "Not Urgent", "Important", "Very Important", and "Top Priority" (or similar defaults depending on your account configuration).

Renaming a column

1. On the Watchlist page, click the column title text at the top of a column.
2. The title becomes editable. Type a new name.
3. Click outside the field (or blur the input). The new title is saved immediately.

Moving a card between columns

1. Click and hold a card on the Watchlist board.
2. Drag it to the desired column.
3. Release to drop it. The card's assignment updates immediately.
