Managing groups

Groups connect users to views. Only users in a group that contains a given view can access that view. Groups are managed in the Designer Area under Manage Views & Groups.

Viewing groups

  1. Go to the Designer Area and click Manage Views & Groups.
  2. The Groups tab is shown by default.

Creating a group

  1. Click New Group.
  2. Enter a Group Name. The name must be unique within the account. Required.
  3. Click Create.

Deleting a group

  1. Select the group from the group selector.
  2. Click the Delete button corresponding to the group.
  3. A confirmation dialog appears. Confirm to delete.

Important

A group cannot be deleted if it still has users or views assigned to it. Remove all users and views from the group first.
