Managing groups
Groups connect users to views. Only users in a group that contains a given view can access that view. Groups are managed in the Designer Area under Manage Views & Groups.
Viewing groups
- Go to the Designer Area and click Manage Views & Groups.
- The Groups tab is shown by default.
Creating a group
- Click New Group.
- Enter a Group Name. The name must be unique within the account. Required.
- Click Create.
Deleting a group
- Select the group from the group selector.
- Click the Delete button corresponding to the group.
- A confirmation dialog appears. Confirm to delete.
Important
A group cannot be deleted if it still has users or views assigned to it. Remove all users and views from the group first.
